Fitness is said to be incomplete without weight loss. And weight loss, in
my books, is incomplete without exercise. For quick and positive results, you
must rush to gym. There is no
alternate to it. I don't understand why so many people try to follow shortcuts
to weight reduction when they have gyms?
Tip # 1
Rush to the gym if you want to get rid of extra fat. Use more weights to
burn calories. If you want to lose weight, you have to use heavy weights. The
exercise duration has to be 25 to 30 minutes. Focus on one muscle per day. It
is recommended to go to the gym 3 to 4 days in a week. So if you go 4 days a
week, you have 4 different muscles to focus upon throughout the week. One
muscle per day, heavy weights and 30 minutes a day.
But do not make your workout too intense, it will burn your muscles.
Tip # 2
If you need to burn more calories and at a faster rat,e you need to involve
multiple muscles in a single workout. It must be a high intensity workout not
exceeding 20 minutes. You must involve as much muscles as you can. Common
examples of these types of workouts include sprinting, jumping rope and others.
The idea is to burn as much calories as you can with high intensity.
Tip # 3
You must take instructions from your trainer and/or mentor. If you don't
have one, consult someone today. Without an expert trainer, you cannot design
your workouts. The number of sets, the intensity, repetition, and too many
other factors vary from person to person. Only an expert trainer can tell you
as to how and what type of machines and workouts you need to use in order to
convert your fat body into a slim one.
Tip # 4
You must aim at burning your body fat and that can be done when you increase
the weight as much as you can. You must aim at high intensity workouts - and
that's it.
Tip # 5
